When I find a new recipe, I remake it over and over until it’s exactly how I want it. And then… I move on the the next one. My friends would call this my funny silliness, , but for me it’s just how I am. It’s not really about getting it perfect, but about figuring things out and learning along the way. I believe all will be great, with a positive attitude and well-directed energy. I’m at my best in environments where I can keep learning, take initiative and make things work better… together!

Working with others gives me energy. I believe the best results come from combining different perspectives and strengths.

Things change fast, and I’m fine with that. I like to stay curious when things are uncertain instead of letting it hold me back. Real Growth happens outside the comfort zone, so instead of avoiding hard things, I move toward them.

Even when something isn’t part of my knowledge field or experience, I’m always motivated to figure it out and become confident in it. I keep asking questions, learning from others and turning every challenge into a chance to grow.

What I’m curious about


I’m curious about a lot of things. How teams work best together, how data can tell a story, how small process tweaks can make a big difference. I want to grow in leadership, project management and time management, , while getting more hands-on with tools like Excel and Power BI. I’m also eager to understand the financial side of business better. For me, every new skill or insight adds a piece to the bigger picture of how organisations really work.

Emma – Platform & Process Management (Lisbon)

I helped strengthen the link between data and daily operations within the Customer Excellence team. By identifying and solving root causes of data gaps in logistics and product claims, we improved both data accuracy and process efficiency. I also developed dashboards that made information easier to use, which improved decision-making and planning across teams.

4.Screen – Automotive Product Management (Munich)

At this automotive startup, I shaped and launched aftersales campaigns across thousands of vehicles in Europe. I streamlined the product development process to make it scalable and more efficient, and introduced seasonal campaigns that highlighted our technical edge. My work helped improve product visibility and built stronger connections between the tech, marketing and partner teams.

IRIS – Intern Innovation Manager (Porto)

At this social incubator, I helped shaping the acceleration process. I worked closely with partners and played an active role in workshops, ensuring participants were engaged and learning with impact.

Bond Beter Leefmilieu – Intern Innovation Manager (Brussels)

I ran an innovation audit to map out the organization’s maturity and needs, then designed a tailored training program to boost innovation skills among members.
