Liesbeth Carpentier

Life doesn’t always have to be serious. Whether it is wearing silly socks or seeing an adorable dog on my way to work, I try to find some casual magic every day and see beauty in the small things. I love diving into new worlds, whether in a theme park, an animated movie, or a challenging problem. The same mindset drives my passion for data: there’s always something new to uncover, patterns to connect, and insights to bring to life.

3D Systems – Production planner

(Ormit Talent Assignment)
In a fast-moving 3D printing environment, I kept the planning puzzle together. I worked side by side with production, R&D, and customer service, making sure timelines stayed realistic and communication clear. When risks popped up — a subcontractor closing, a bottleneck in output — I adapted plans before they became problems.

Along the way, I brought data into the mix. I built Power BI dashboards that made performance visible and decisions faster. I also showed others how to use them, so insights didn’t stay stuck on my screen. The result? Smoother planning, sharper decisions, and a team that can stand on its own two feet.
