Assessment
An intensive, but above all educational and fun half day! You can show yourself. And we’ll give you inspiring feedback.
On the agenda? You’ll tackle a content case, an in-depth interview where we’ll talk about your personality, dreams and ambitions. And a roleplay with professional actors, yes.

We’re a match and you’ll probably feel like starting soon! But before that happens, of course we’ll go over our contract proposal.
What about the client?
Depending on the traineeship, we may plan a short motivation call (before assessment) to check the fit between you and the company.
The client will either join during your assessment day, or you’ll have a short follow-up conversation right after.

| How long does the process take? | The process usually takes two weeks, but during peak times, it might take a bit longer. |
| What are you looking for in candidates? |
We’re looking for people with leadership potential who can inspire others, seek different perspectives, and love learning. If you embrace feedback, are self-aware, and aren’t afraid to take on challenges, you’re a good fit. |
| Can I do the process entirely online? | We prefer to meet you in person during the assessment, as we believe it’s important for you to truly experience Ormit Talent firsthand. However, we understand that being abroad (for example, on Erasmus) can make this tricky. In these cases, we can offer a fully online selection process, so you don’t miss out on the opportunity. |
| Do I need to prepare for the Curious Case? | Nope. Just bring your brain, your team spirit, and your sense of fun. And a clear idea on why you applied comes in handy. | ||
| Are technical skills tested? |
If you’re applying for a more technical traineeship (data, AI, IT), then yes, technical skills will be tested. During the content case, we’ll put your technical abilities to the test to see how you tackle challenges in these areas. |
| Is it together with other candidates? | Yes, the assessment will be with other candidates. No need to worry, since all of our traineeships have multiple spots, you’re not in competition with each other. | ||
| In which language will the assessment be conducted? |
The assessment will be a mix of English and your mother tongue (Dutch or French), depending on the step. Everything will be clearly explained in your preparation documents once you’re invited. |
| When do I receive feedback? | We’re quick. Really. You’ll often hear from us the day after. And this, in each step. |
| How quickly will I know if I’ve been selected? | You’ll hear back from us the day after your assessment. If it will take longer due to discussions with clients, we will inform you too. |
| What if I’m not selected? Can I apply for another traineeship? | Our process is almost the same for all traineeships. If we see a better fit, we’ll propose a switch ourselves. A no means no for now, but we’re all about growth. So with your feedback and a valuable experience in your backpack (let’s say a year), you’re welcome to reapply. |
